Privacy Policy
The short version: we collect only what we need to run TOUCHES sessions, review volunteers and clubs, and tell you when the app launches. We never sell your information, we don't run ads, and you can ask us to see or delete your information at any time by emailing footballerathletics@gmail.com.
Who we are
TOUCHES is a ball mastery program from Footballer Athletics, founded by Coach Clem Murdock and based in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. This policy covers the website at fatouches.com and the forms on it. "We", "us" and "our" mean Footballer Athletics.
What we collect, and why
We only collect what you type into our forms.

We don't ask for passwords, payment details or home addresses on this website. The Left or Right Footer game on the home page saves your best score only on your own device.
Free Touch Counter and AiPlayerAgent guide
- Touch Counter: the details you type (player name, age, position, number, locations) and the touches you record are kept only on your own device, in your browser's storage, so a refresh doesn't lose them. They are not sent to Footballer Athletics. Reset removes them. Summaries, PDFs and saved files go wherever you choose to send them.
- Voice logging (optional): if you tap the microphone, your browser's own speech service turns your words into text. In some browsers (for example Chrome) that audio is processed by the browser maker, such as Google or Apple, under their privacy terms. Footballer Athletics never receives it. Don't use voice if you'd rather not.
- AiPlayerAgent guide: the guide on this website searches our exercise library inside your browser. What you type is not sent to us or to any AI service.
- If we add a live AI service in future, we will update this policy first to explain who processes your questions.
Children and young players
- Registrations for players under 18 must be completed by a parent or legal guardian, who gives consent for the player to take part.
- For a player, we ask only for a first name, age group, city and optional club. Contact details belong to the parent or guardian.
- Team captains who volunteer must have their parent's or guardian's agreement and their team coach's supervision. We collect both adults' contact details for this reason.
- We don't knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us information without a parent's consent, email us and we will delete it.
- We only use photos of players in our promotion when the parent or guardian has ticked the optional photo consent box.
How we store and protect information
- This website is hosted by Netlify, and form submissions are stored in our Netlify account. Netlify may store data on servers outside Canada, including in the United States.
- When someone submits a form, a copy is emailed to our team so we can respond.
- Only the Footballer Athletics team can see submissions. Access is protected by account sign-in.
Who we share it with
- We never sell or rent your information.
- When a player registers for a session, we share the details needed to run it safely (first name, age group, emergency contact) with that session's approved instructor and supervising coach.
- We use service providers to run the site and email (Netlify, our email provider). They handle data only to provide those services.
- We may disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as we need it for the reason it was collected. Launch list emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Registration and volunteer details are reviewed and deleted at least once a year when they are no longer needed.
Your choices and rights
- Ask us what information we hold about you or your child.
- Ask us to correct it or delete it.
- Unsubscribe from launch emails at any time.
- Withdraw photo consent at any time.
Email footballerathletics@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you're in Canada and unhappy with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
The TOUCHES app
- Everything stays on your phone. Your player profile, sessions, touches, stats, reflections, evaluations, notes and Player Passport are saved only on your own device. They are not sent to Footballer Athletics or to anyone else.
- No account and no tracking. The app doesn't need an account. It has no advertising, no analytics and no tracking, and it doesn't sell or share data.
- You decide what leaves the phone. Information only leaves your device when you choose to share it, for example by tapping Share or making a PDF, and only with the people or apps you pick.
- Voice logging (optional). If you use the microphone, your phone's own speech service (from Apple or Google) turns your words into text, under their privacy terms. Footballer Athletics never receives the audio.
- Buying the app. Payment is handled by the App Store or Google Play. We never see your card or payment details.
- Deleting your data. Use Reset in the app, or delete the app. Because we never hold a copy, nothing is left with us.
- Young players. Because the app keeps everything on the device, we don't collect personal information from players of any age through the app. Parents can review and delete what's stored at any time.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we'll let people on the launch list know by email.
